The following traffic arrangements will be implemented as of SundayJanuary 24th 2010 within the framework of the construction of AGHIA SOFIA Metro Station:
Vehicular circulation is interrupted along Platonos Street, from its intersection with Ioustinianou Street up to Egnatia Street. Vehicular circulation will be conducted via Mitropolitou Genadiou Street, Menelaou Bakatselou Street and the adjacent streets.
At the section of Egnatia Street, from its intersection with M. Bakatselou up to Aghias Sofias Street there will continue to be, as currently, two traffic lanes per direction.
Throughout the execution of the construction works, the work crews of the contracting consortium will make all possible efforts not to disrupt the operation of the adjacent businesses.
