With regard to the Tender RFP-180/08 “SUPPLY OF NEW TRAINS (SERIES III) FOR THE ATHENS METRO” conducted by ATTIKO METRO S.A., whose relevant Invitation to Tender has been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities under code No. 2008/S75-101572 (17.04.2008), re-published, by mistake, under code No. 2008-S78-106007 (22.04.2008), an extension to the deadline for the receipt of offers, as stated in item IV.3.4, has been granted.
The first extension to the deadline has been published in the Official Journal of the European Communities under code No. 2008/S-103-137318/29.05.2008 and 2008/S-103-137322/29.05.2008 respectively.
The Invitation to Tender has been published in the Greek Press, i.e. in newspapers “ETHNOS” dated 11.04.2008, “ADESMEFTOS TYPOS” dated 11.04.2008 and “NAFTEMPORIKI” dated 11.04.2008).
The first extension to the deadline for the Submission of the Offers has been published in the Greek Press, i.e. in newspapers “ETHNOS” dated 29.05.2008, “ADESMEFTOS TYPOS” dated 29.05.2008 and “NAFTEMPORIKI” dated 29.05.2008).
Therefore, the deadline published in item IV.3.4, is amended as follows:
