Tunnel

The main tunnel of the entire Project shall be a double track tunnel (approximate inner diameter 8.5m, outer diameter of 9.5m). It shall be constructed using TBMs, which will be designed and equipped with state of the art technology and taking into account the anticipated ground conditions, the hydrogeological and geotechnical conditions in the Project area, with the exception of the tunnel sections and underground stations, which shall be constructed using NATM method.
