PROGRESS OF WORKS FOR THE PERIOD OF 2007-2009

December 2009	Architectural finishings at the platform level of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station were completed, while they are still in progress in the remaining areas of the Station. Works related to the reinstatement of the surface areas of HOLARGOS Station are in progress.
Νοvember 2009	The installation of the electromechanical equipment at HOLARGOS Station was completed and the tests of the systems will soon commence. The reinstatement/configuration of the surface area at the two worksites of the entrances/exits of the aforementioned station. The installation of marbles, tiles, granites at the areas of public use of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station.
Οctober 2009	The installation of the electromechanical equipment at HOLARGOS Station is at a completion phase, while the installation of all escalators and lifts for persons with special needs has already been completed. The design for the configuration of the surface area at HOLARGOS Station is at a final stage (two existing worksites on either side of Messogion Avenue). The architectural configuration of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station commenced.
September 2009	On September 2nd 2009, NOMISMATOKOPIO Station was delivered to the public and the Metro tunnel section to the Airport resumed operation. The construction of the Transfer Station at NOMISMATOKOPIO was completed and there will be the terminal station for 12 bus lines. The underground parking area with a capacity of 630 parking places will be soon commissioned, while the configuration of the surface area with a capacity of 250 parking places at Koropi has already been completed.
August 2009	Tests concerning the re-opening of Metro Line 3 tunnel section to the Airport and the operation of NOMISMATOKOPIO new Station are at a completion stage. The installation of the electromechanical equipment at the 3-storey undreground parking area at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station commenced. The construction of the Transfer Station to and from the Bus Lines at the surface of the aforementioned station is in progress.
July 2009	The construction of all underground levels of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station is at a completion stage.  Electromechanical system tests at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station will soon commence. The construction of the underground car park area was completed (with a capacity of 630 vehicles) and the installation of electromechanical equipment is at an advanced stage.
June 2009	The construction of the concourse slab at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station is in progress. The installation of escalators and lifts at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station was completed. Architectural finishing works at HOLARGOS Station are at a final stage.
Μay 2009	Concreting works of the concourse level slab at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station are at an advanced stage. Architectural finishing works at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station is at a completion stage. Works related to the installation of electromechanical equipment at HOLARGOS Station is at a final stage.
April 2009	Works related to the concreting of the platforms at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station are at a completion stage (completed at a percentage of 72%). Preparatory works concerning the configuration of the area at the second entrance of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station, which is located at the opposite side of Messogion Avenue at Kondylaki Street, are in progress. At the underground parking area with a capacity of 630 vehicles at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station, waterproofing works of the roof as well as the construction of the entrance/exit ramp are at a completion stage.
March 2009	The dismantling of the tunnel of Line 3, 120m. long, at AGHIA PARASKEVI station was completed. The concreting of the foundation of the Station and the construction of water proofing are in progress. At NOMISMATOKOPIO Station works related to the installation of granites on the floor as well as of ceramic tiles in the technical areas are in progress. The installation of E/M equipment is in progress at NOMISMATOKOPIO and HOLARGOS Stations.
February 2009	The dismantling of the tunnel of Line 3, 120m. long, is in progress at AGHIA PARASKEVI station which is under construction. At an advanced stage are the works pertaining to the installation of the perforated metal panels on the walls, as well as  of the stainless steel cladding on the circular columns of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station. At HOLARGOS Station, architectural finishing works and the installation of E/M equipment are in progress.
January 2009	The necessary interruption of the train service at the portion ETHNIKI AMYNA-D. PLAKENTIAS-AIRPORT of Line 3 for the construction of  AGHIA PARASKEVI Station is scheduled for February 14th 2009 and for a period of six months. Throughout the said time period a section of the existing Line will be dismantled at the point where HOLARGOS and AGHIA PARASKEVI Stations are to located.
December 2008	The entrances/exits of HOLARGOS Station, the corridors providing access to the concourse level as well as the ventilation shaft are at an advanced construction stage. The construction of the three basements of the parking area with a 630-car capacity at NOMISMATOKOPIO will be completed soon.
Νovember 2008	The installation of ten escalators and three lifts was completed at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station. At the underground car park area at Nomismatokopio the construction of the building’s bearing structure is at an advanced stage.
Οctober 2008	At the building of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station, works related to the installation of granites on the floor and the walls, the installation of the stainless steel lining frame on the circular columns, the installation of steel doors as well as the installation of ceramic tiles and galvanised fences in the technical areas are at an advanced stage. The construction of the foundation slab at the underground car park facilities in the area of Nomismatokopio is in progress.
September 2008	The installation of lifts at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station is in progress. The operation of ETHNIKI AMYNA-D.PLAKENTIAS-AIRPORT Line 3 section will be interrupted early next year in order to dismantle a section of the existing tunnel and complete the excavation of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station.
August 2008	The works for the installation of granite on the floor and the walls of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. The excavation works at the Eastern entrance/exit of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station have been completed.
July 2008	Works related to the installation of escalators at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. At HOLARGOS Station, the waterproofing of the escalators in the direction of the platforms as well as the construction of the entrances/exits of the station are in progress. The excavation of AGHIA PARASKEVI Station is at an advanced stage, while the excavation of the southern entrance has recently commenced.
June 2008	Works related to the installation of lifts at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. Water proofing works at the car park facility of the said are in progress. At the southern ventilation shaft of HOLARGOS Station the removal of archaeological finds was completed and works related to the installation of retaining piles commenced.
May 2008	Temporary retaining works at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station were completed. Works related to painting, granite installation, false ceiling suspension at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress, while water pipes installation works were completed. The excavation and the temporary retaining at the car park area adjacent to NOMISMATOKOPIO Station were completed. At the Southern Ventilation Shaft of HOLARGOS Station works related to the removal of a number of archaeological finds are in progress so that they may be displayed at the said Station in the future.
April 2008	Works related to the installation of water pipes at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are at a completion phase, which is also the case for the excavation of the shaft of the eastern entrance of the station. The excavation of the main shaft was completed and drainage works commenced at HOLARGOS Station. The excavation of Entrance 1 of the Station is at a completion stage.
Μarch 2008	Excavation works at AGIA PARASKEVI Station are at a completion stage. Works related to the installation of water pipes at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. The excavation and the temporary retaining at the Transfer Station at NOMISMATOKOPIO are at a completion phase. The excavation of the two passenger access corridors from the two entrances/exits of HOLARGOS Station to the first level of the station was completed.
February 2008	Excavation works at AGIA PARASKEVI Station are at a completion stage. Works related to the architectural configuration of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress, while works related to the installation of water pipes have commenced. At the eastern entrance of the Station, the excavation and the temporary retaining of the tunnel are in progress. The excavation of the two passenger access corridors from the two entrances/exits of HOLARGOS Station to the first level of the station is in progress.
January 2008	The works of the 3rd excavation phase at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station are in progress. Works related to the door placement, industrial floor paving and ceramic tile placement at the building of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. The excavation and the temporary retaining of the two out of four inclined tunnels to the platform level at HOLARGOS Station are in a completion phase. Archaeological excavation works are executed at the southern Ventilation Shaft.
December 2007	Excavation works at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station continue to be executed. Works related to the installation of doors, paintings, floor coating and tile placement at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. The excavation works and the temporary retaining of the connecting tunnel from the concourse level up to the entrances/exits of HOLARGOS Stationς σήραγγας are at a final stage. Works related to the excavation of the 3-storey underground car park area with a total capacity of 470 vehicles have commenced.
November 2007	Preparatory works for granite placement on the floor of the building of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station are in progress. Excavation and temporary retaining works at the maini shaft of HOLARGOS Station are in progress. Excavation and temporary retaining works are in progress at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station.
October 2007	Masonry works at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station were completed, while plastering works are at a final stage. Excavation and temporary retaining works are in progress at the main shaft of HOLARGOS Station. Piling construction works were completed and excavation works at AGHIA PARASKEVI Station commenced.
September 2007	The traffic diversion on Agias Paraskevis Avenue was completed and the works for the excavation of the station commenced. The works for the concreting of the Lift were completed and the plastering works at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station commenced. The piles on the left entrance of NOMISMATOKOPIO Station were constructed. Piling works in the area of the eastern and western entrances at HOLARGOS Station were completed.
August 2007	The waterproofing and concreting works of the lift shaft at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station were completed. Piling works at HOLARGOS Station were completed. The excavation and construction of the station’s western entrance commenced.
July 2007	The piles at the perimeter of AGIA PARASKEVI Station were installed. The works for the temporary retaining and excavation of the lift shaft at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station were completed. In addition, the track laying works of the station commenced and the execution of boreholes was completed. The worksite installations and the construction of piles at HOLARGOS Station are in progress.
June 2007	The worksite installation for the second entrance / exit of HOLARGOS Station was completed and the necessary traffic arrangements were effected.
May 2007	The traffic arrangement related works on Polydouri and Makariou Streets, in AGIA PARASKEVI Station were completed. The Public Utility Organization network diversions were executed and the works for the construction of a lift at NOMISMATOKOPIO Station commenced. The traffic arrangements adjacent to HOLARGOS Station were implemented.
April 2007	In all three stations, investigation trenches were drilled in view of identifying the existence of PUO networks, along with the necessary boreholes for the installation of the geomechanical monitoring instrumentation.
March 2007	The contract for the completion of HOLARGOS and NOMISMATOKOPIO Stations, as well as for the construction of AGIA PARASKEVI Station was signed. The worksite installation related works (fencing, offices, etc.) in all three stations commenced.
