PROGRESS OF WORKS FOR THE PERIOD OF 2007-2009

December 2009	Works related to the reinstatement of the square in the area of the Easten Shaft of PERISTERI Station at the intersection of P.Tsaldari Street with A.Veaki Street. The installation of stainless steel claddings at both stations commenced.
Νovember 2009	Works related to the installation of cables for telecommunication and low voltage systems commenced. The installation of granites at the platforms of PERISTERI-ANTHOUPOLI Stations was completed. Backfilling works of the Terminal Shaft are at a completion stage.
Οctober  2009	The installation of the main electromechanical equipment at PERISTERI and ANTHOUPOLI Stations commenced. The installation of escalators at both stations was completed. The installation of granites at the platforms of PERISTERI Station is in progress.
September 2009	The installation of escalators commenced at both Stations. The installation of granites at the concourse level at PERISTERI Station is at a completion phase. The installation of electromechanical networks of the stations as well as of the tunnel was completed, while the installation of the main electromechanical equipment will commence soon. Tests at the electrical systems of the lines commenced.
Αugust  2009	The installation of the ventilation system at the platforms of PERISTERI Station was completed, while the roof cladding is in progress. The installation of granites at the platforms of ANTHOUPOLI Station is at an advanced stage.
July 2009	The installation of railway lines along the entire length of the tunnel of the extension was completed. Architectural finishing works at PERISTERI and ANTHOUPOLI Stations are at a final stage. Reinstatement works at the worksite areas of the two tunnel access shafts.
June 2009	Works at the various electromechanical networks of the project are in full swing. Traffic circulation at Veaki and Tsaldari junction was reinstated.
May 2009	The installation of granites on the floor and the walls at Peristeri Station, as well as the construction of the ventilation system of the station (air pipes) commenced. The installation of rail tracks along the entire length of the tunnel will be completed soon. The installation of electrical insulation at the platforms of ANTHOUPOLI Station is at a completion stage.
April 2009	Painting of the walls and roofs at PERISTERI and ANTHOUPOLI Stations as well as works related to the installation of E/M equipment are in progress. Moreover, works related to the reinstatement of the surface above the station progress at the same time. The installation of tracks and runners along the tunnel of the extension (1,550m long) commenced.
March 2009	The installation of pipes along the entire length of the tunnel is at an advanced stage. The earthing of the extension along the tunnel of the project was completed.
February 2009	Masonry wall plastering at PERISTERI Station was completed, while the construction of industrial floors at the technical areas commenced. Masonry wall plastering at ANTHOUPOLI Station are at a completion phase, while works related to the reinstatement of the are at the surface level commenced. Concreting works were completed below tracks.The construction of the tunnel cable runs from PERISTERI Station to ANTHOUPOLI Station is in progress.
January 2009	The passageways throughout the entire length of the tunnel of the extension (1,500 m long) were completed and the construction of the cable runs commenced.
December 2008	Masonry works are at a completion phase at PERISTERI & ANTHOUPOLI Stations, while concurrently architectural finishing works commenced. Preparatory works for the installation of E/M equipment and and trackwork at the tunnel of the project are in progress.
November 2008	Masonry works at PERISTERI & ANTHOUPOLI Stations are at an advanced stage and the installation of marbles, granites, tiles etc. will soon commence. Preparatory works concerning the installation of rails throughout the entire length of the tunnel of the extension.
Οctober 2008	The construction of the two entrances/exits of ANTHOUPOLI Station as well as architectural finishes works at PERISTERI Station are in progress. Works related to the installation of rails along the entire length of the tunnel of the extension will commence very soon.
September 2008	The architectural finishes works at the two new stations in the Municipality of Peristeri commenced. The 28m tunnel was recently completed (entrance-exit of ANTHOUPOLI station, pedestrian passageway in Thivon Avenue).
August 2008	The works for the concreting of the roof slab at ANTHOUPOLI Station, as well as of the roof and mezzanine floor slabs at PERISTERI Station, are in progress. Seventy per cent (70%) of the tunnel (28m) has been constructed until the present day underneath Thivon Avenue for the second entrance/exit of ANTHOUPOLI Station.
July 2008	Works related to the concreting of the concourse level of PERISTERI & ANTHOUPOLI Stations are in progress. Works related to the construction of the tunnel underneath Thivon Avenue concerning the second entrance/exit of ANTHOUPOLI Station are in progress.
June 2008	Concreting works of the permanent structure at PERISTERI and ANHOUPOLI Stations are at an advanced stage. The tunnel of AGHIOS ANTONIOS-ANTHOUPOLI extension, approximately 1,500 m. long, has already been constructed.
May 2008	Civil Works at PERISTERI and ANTHOUPOLI Stations are at an advanced stage. The excavation of the western ventilation shaft at PERISTERI Station was completed, while the excavtion of the eastern one is in progress.
April 2008	Excavation works at ANTHOUPOLI Station were completed, while the concreting  of the permanent structure is in progress. The excavation of the 350m. of the tunnel was completed using the NATM method and the total of the Line extension (1,500m long) has been bored.
Μarch 2008	The excavation works at PERISTERI Station were completed and the concreting of the permanent lining is in progress. Excavation works at ANTHOUPOLI Station are at a completion stage and the concreting of the permanent lining of the station commenced. 290m. out of 350 m.,which are left for the completion of the entire Line of the extension (1,500 m long), have been bored.
February 2008	The excavation works at PERISTERI Station will be completed soon, while the concreting of the permanent lining progresses satisfactorily. Excavation works at ANTHOUPOLI Station are at an advanced stage, while the existing tunnel in the station area is demolished. The excavation of the tunnel is in progress from PERISTERI Station to AGHIOS ANTONIOS Station (with two excavation fronts).
January 2008	The excavation works in PERISTERI Station are about to be completed, while the works for the concreting of the permanent lining are at an advanced stage. The excavation works in ANTHOUPOLI Station are at an advanced stage. The excavation works at the Western Shaft of PERISTERI Station are progressing, while excavation works have commenced at the Eastern Shaft. The works related to the excavation of the main tunnel from PERISTERI Station to AGHIOS ANTONIOS Station (two excavation fronts) are in progress.
December 2007	Excavation works at PERISTERI and ANTHOUPOLI Stations are in progress. The excavation of the main tunnel from PERISTERI Station to AGIOS ANTONIOS Station continue to be executed.
November 2007	Excavation works  at PERISTERI & ANTHOUPOLI Stations are in progress. The excavation of the Access Shaft was completed and the excavation of the Main Shaft commenced. Piling works at the Eastern Shaft of PERISTERI station was completed, while the excavation of the Western Shaft commenced.
October 2007	Excavation works in PERISTERI Station are in progress. Piling works on the Eastern Shaft of PERISTERI Station are in progress. Excavation in ANTHOUPOLI Station comemnced. The excavation of the Access Shaft to the Main tunnel commenced.
September 2007	The driving of 284 piles (100%) at the perimeter of PERISTERI Station was completed, while 202 out of 270 piles (74.8%) were driven in ANTHOUPOLI Station. Excavations works are in progress in the 2 stations.
August 2007	The works concerning temporary retaining structures are in progress in PERISTERI Station. Piling works are being continued in ANTHOUPOLI Station.
July 2007	Traffic diversion works in ANTHOUPOLI Station were completed rendering, thus, feasible the construction of the main station. Piling works commenced in ANTHOUPOLI Station. Piling works are being continued in PERISTERI Station.
June 2007	Piling and pile cap beam works are being continued in PERISTERI Station. The archaeological investigation works were completed in the entire Project.
May 2007	Excavation works are in progress in PERISTERI Station. The works for the diversion of Public Utility Organizations (PUO) networks are in progress in ANTHOUPOLI Station.
April 2007	Worksite installation works were completed in PERISTERI Station and the excavation of the station commenced. The works for the diversion of Public Utility Organizations (PUO) networks are in progress in ANTHOUPOLI Station.
March 2007	The permanent diversion of the Central Square of Peristeri was handed over to the public on March 30th 2007. Upon completion of the construction works, the unified Square of Peristeri shall cover a total surface of 10,000 m2 and it shall be re-developed in cooperation with the Municipality of Peristeri. The works for the diversion of Public Utility Organizations (PUO) networks are in progress in ANTHOUPOLI Station, while the relevant works were completed in PERISTERI Station.
February 2007	The works for the diversion of Public Utility Organizations (PUO) networks are in progress in PERISTERI Station, while the relevant works commenced in ANTHOUPOLI Station. Traffic arrangement works for Panagi Tsaldari Street are about to be completed.
January 2007	Preparatory works (i.e. drilling works, archaeological trenches) were carried out in the entire Project. Worksite installation works were completed in ANTHOUPOLI Station.
