Mr. Yiannis Magriotis, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks (YPOMEDI) shall attend a meetingfor the establishment of a partnership relationship between Thessaloniki Universities, Cultural Authorities and ATTIKO METRO S.A.
The meeting shall be held at the premises of ATTIKO METRO S.A./ Thessaloniki Metro (address: 40, 26 October Street, 4th floor), on Monday, January 31st at 11.00 a.m.
The partnership to be developed between ATTIKO METRO S.A. and Thessaloniki authorities aims at:
- Mitigating the problems arising in the areas affected by the Metro construction works.
- Undertaking initiatives for strengthening local economy through the implementation of actions for promoting and revealing the Metro.
- Revealing the significant archaeological finds shedding light on 23 centuries of history and civilization of the cityof Thessaloniki.
